Adi joined Sweetwood Ventures in 2021 and currently serves as Head of Finance & Operations.

Prior to joining Sweetwood Ventures,  Adi served as a Controller for Viola FinTech and Viola Ventures where she was responsible for many aspects of the funds’ management including cash flow, valuation of investments, financial reporting and tax issues.

​

Before joining Viola, Adi was a Senior Manager of an Audit team in Ernst & Young, where she led the audits of public (NASDAQ and TASE) and private companies, mainly in Cyber Security, Pharmaceuticals and Bio-Med corporations. She specialized in Revenue Recognition for Software and Cyber Security entities under both IFRS and US GAAP.

Adi holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Ruppin Academic Center and the graduate of Kellogg – Recanati Management Program for Executives in Joined program of Northwestern University (Chicago) and Tel Aviv University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.
